You can contact CPAG using the form below. We check messages regularly during normal business hours – if you need an urgent response you may prefer to telephone our switchboard on 020 7837 7979 and ask for Online Services. Our switchboard is open from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
If you have a question about a specific page, it’s helpful if you can include the relevant URL in the message – for example, http://shop.cpag.org.uk/coping-with-complexity-child-and-adult-poverty
Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to provide direct advice to people who are claiming benefits or to their friends and families.
If you are a member of the public wanting advice you should contact a local advice centre, law centre or welfare rights unit, where you can get face-to-face advice about your case. You can get information about local centres in the community pages of your phonebook or from a library. You can find your local Citizens Advice Bureau on the Citizens Advice websitewww.citizensadvice.org.uk or the Citizens Advice Scotland website www.cas.org.uk.
If you are an adviser please do not use this form. Instead, visit www.cpag.org.uk/advisers for details of our services for advisers.
