Right to Reside A2 flowchart 2018/19

Publication date: Autumn 2018 Published by: Child Poverty Action Group

To assist you in understanding the increasingly complex rules on who has a right to reside for social security benefits, we have produced an innovative A2-size flowchart.

Designed for ease of use and devised by one of the authors of our popular Benefits for Migrants Handbook, this guides you through the questions you need to ask to determine whether someone has a right to reside and leads you towards the right answer.

It should be used in conjunction with CPAG’s Benefits for Migrants Handbook 10th edition.

For CPAG members and CAB customers, the flowchart is available for £5.95. Please contact us on 020 7812 5227 or email: bookorders@cpag.org.uk.
